How long is the voucher valid?

12 months from purchase. The exact expiry date is printed on the PDF.

Can I use the voucher for a different game than the one it was bought for?

No. The gift voucher is always tied to the specific escape room you selected at purchase. However, within your chosen game you can book absolutely any available slot with the voucher — no surcharges, no restrictions. If you want to try another game, a separate voucher is needed.

Can I give the voucher to someone else?

Yes. The voucher is universal and bearer-style — anyone with the code can redeem it. Just forward the e-mail with the PDF, or print and hand over in person.

What if I lose the voucher?

The voucher is bearer-style — anyone with the code can redeem it. For security reasons, it cannot be blocked or reissued. We recommend keeping the PDF in a safe place and sharing the code only with the intended recipient.

Can I refund the voucher?

Yes. Within 14 days of purchase you can withdraw without giving a reason — provided the voucher has not yet been redeemed. Just write to info@unrealrooms.cz with the voucher code; we refund within 14 days to the account the payment came from.
