Terms & Conditions for Gift Vouchers

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern the purchase, delivery, and redemption of gift vouchers for the escape room "Pharaoh's Tomb", operated by:

(hereinafter referred to as the "seller" or "UnrealRooms")

2. Definitions

• Gift voucher — an electronic document with a unique code that entitles the holder to one entry to the "Pharaoh's Tomb" escape room as specified on the voucher.
• Buyer — the person who purchased the gift voucher.
• Recipient — the person redeeming the voucher (may or may not be the buyer; vouchers are transferable).
• Seller — UnrealRooms, as above.

3. Price and payment

The price of the gift voucher is shown on the sales page at the moment of purchase. Payment is processed online via a payment provider (Stripe).

The seller is not a VAT payer. The price shown is the final price.

4. Delivery of the voucher

After successful payment, the buyer receives the gift voucher at the e-mail address provided in the order, as a PDF attachment. The voucher can be printed or forwarded to the recipient electronically.

If the voucher does not arrive within 30 minutes of payment, please contact us at info@unrealrooms.cz.

5. Validity period

The gift voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The exact expiry date is shown on the voucher.

After the expiry date the voucher cannot be redeemed and no refund is available.

6. Redeeming the voucher

To redeem the voucher, the recipient books a game on unrealrooms.cz/en or by phone at +420 775 091 451. The voucher code (shown on the PDF) must be provided when booking.

The gift voucher can be redeemed only once. Its value covers a booking for the whole group as specified on the voucher. If the selected slot is in a higher tariff, the recipient pays the difference at booking.

Any unused portion of the voucher value is not refunded and cannot be carried over to a future visit.

7. Withdrawal from the contract

A buyer who is a consumer has the right under § 1829 of the Czech Civil Code to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of purchase, without giving a reason, provided the voucher has not yet been redeemed.

Send the withdrawal in writing to info@unrealrooms.cz with the voucher code. Once we verify the voucher has not been used, we will refund the amount within 14 days to the account from which the payment was made.

After the voucher has been redeemed (a game booked with the code), withdrawal is no longer possible.

8. Loss, damage, or misuse of the voucher

The gift voucher is universal and bearer — anyone with the code can redeem the voucher. The holder is responsible for keeping the code secure.

In case of loss, theft, or unauthorised use, the voucher cannot be blocked or reissued. Please store the code securely and share it only with trusted recipients.

9. Complaints

Any complaints regarding the voucher (e.g. non-working code, technical delivery issues, incorrect details) should be sent to info@unrealrooms.cz. We will assess complaints without undue delay, no later than 30 days.

10. Personal data protection

The buyer's personal data (name, e-mail, optionally phone) is processed solely for the purpose of completing the order and delivering the voucher. Full details are described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Final provisions

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, in particular Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, and Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection.

Disputes between a consumer buyer and the seller may be resolved out of court by the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (adr.coi.cz).

The seller reserves the right to update these terms. For vouchers already purchased, the terms in effect on the date of purchase apply.
