1. Introduction

This document describes how we process your personal data when you visit unrealrooms.cz and when you book an escape room. We respect your privacy and act in accordance with the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679).

3. What data we collect

• Booking data (name, email, phone, date and time of the game) — passed to the external reservation system Lock.me.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, device and OS, language, pages visited, referral source.
• Cookies and identifiers — see section below.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use the following categories of cookies and services. Analytics and advertising cookies are only set after you confirm in the cookie banner.

• Necessary — for basic site functions (language, booking widget). Cannot be disabled.
• Analytics (Google Analytics 4) — traffic statistics and user behavior on the site.
• Advertising (Google Ads, Smartlook) — ad effectiveness measurement, remarketing, session recording for UX improvements.

We implement Google Consent Mode v2 — without your consent, Google receives only anonymous statistical pings, not full analytics signals.

5. Who we share data with

• Lock.me — reservation system (booking form data).
• Google Ireland Ltd. — Google Analytics, Google Ads.
• Smartlook s.r.o. — user behavior analytics.

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

6. How long we keep the data

Analytics data in Google Analytics is retained for 14 months. Booking and invoicing data is kept according to legal obligation (typically 5 years).
