Quest Rules

• Age restriction: 12+ (from 10 years old accompanied by an adult player). Children under 10 years old are not allowed to participate. If there are doubts about the child’s age, the administration has the right to request an ID;
• People under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or those displaying aggressive/inadequate behavior are not allowed to participate;
• The operator has the right to stop the game at any time in cases of:
  • photo or video recording of the game process or room interiors;
  • use of brute force, foreign objects, or any actions leading to damage of props;
  • fooling around or self-harm between team members during the game.
  • Teams are advised to arrive 5–10 minutes before the quest starts. If the team is more than 20 minutes late, the operator has the right to deny participation or shorten the session time;
  • Limited physical abilities, heart diseases, epilepsy, and psychological disorders (panic attacks, claustrophobia, etc.) are contraindications for participating in the quest;
  • Booking can be canceled by phone or by email, and no later than 24 hours before the scheduled session time. For bookings made using vouchers, prepayments, or other similar payment methods, the amount paid is non-refundable;
  • By participating in the quest, players agree that photo and video materials featuring them may be used by the organizer for promotional purposes on online platforms;
  • Discount codes and vouchers can only be used during the booking process. Discounts cannot be applied to already confirmed reservations;
  • If players are more than 20 minutes late and the administrator cannot reach them by the phone number provided, the organizer has the right to cancel the booking.
